Week 2: Louisville, CIncy, KS Astras, Detroit, Tulsa pick up early season triumphs

TAMPA, Florida -- Week Two of Major Arena Soccer League Women action saw four teams pick up their first wins of the season, and the Louisville Triumph get a jump on the Great Lakes South Division with a win over Susserfuss Ballveiren for their second win of the young year.

Louisville took care of the Akron visitors by a 10-4 count. Elsewhere, Detroit City won in Youngstown, the Tulsa FC Channel Cats took care of the Wichita Aero, the KS Astras doubled up the Iowa Raptors and the Cincinnati Sirens downed Susserfuss as well.

More anticipated debuts will be coming up next weekend, including the first games of the season for two Dallas based teams, RPFC and Texas Lone Star. The Astras will make their home debut and Side FC Cyclones, formerly the Oklahoma Oblivion, will also debut at home. Susserfuss Ballveiren will finally be home for their opener, and the OKC Ghosts debut as well.
