Second season of Major Arena Soccer League Women kicks off in Louisville vs. Columbus

TAMPA, Florida -- Major Arena Soccer League Women will kick off year two with more teams, teams throughout North AMerican (Canada, United States and Mexico) and an opening night showdown that pits teams from the most competitive division in the league last season.

The Louisville Triumph will host the Columbus Eagles Friday night at 8 p.m. at Mockingbird Valley Soccer Club. It's a Great Lakes South matchup between two teams that both finished over .500 last year. In fact, the four teams in the GLS in 2025-26 all finished over .500 last year, meaning every matchup in the division will potentially be crucial in advancing to the post season.
