Emily Carrasco, Yazmeen Jamieson named MASL W Week 10 Players of the Week

TAMPA, FLorida -- KS Astras forward Emily Carrasco has been selected as the Major Arena Soccer League Women Offensive Player of the Week, while the goalkeeper honor goes to Yazmeen Jamieson of FC Berlin.

Carrasco had a huge night against the Iowa Raptors, collecting five goals and four assists. She has had several big games for the Astras this season, including a pair of games in which she scored four goals and one assist. 

Jamieson was key in helping FC Berlin win in a shootout over the CIncinnati Sirens. After allowing a goal on the first shootout try, she stoned three straight Siren shooters to help her club to a 4-3 win.
